Participants aged 16 to 17 attend under the responsibility of a partner organisation.
Places are allocated through the partner organisations listed. If yours is not here, speak to the organisation that invited you.

Travel and accommodation policy

Support with transport and accommodation is available for a limited number of participants travelling from outside Greater Manchester. The organisers reserve the right to approve or decline any request.

  • Accommodation is provided for the night of Thursday 5th November.
  • Travel is booked by the organisers at a reasonable price and to arrive on time. Preferred times are a guide, not a guarantee.
  • Once a ticket is booked, changes are not possible except in exceptional circumstances.
  • Asking for support does not affect whether you are offered a place.

Accommodation is provided for the Thursday night.

The thematic workshops run in parallel on the Friday afternoon, so you attend one. Choose a first and a second option; groups are kept small, so you may be placed in your second choice.

How your data is used

The Delegation of the European Union to the United Kingdom, part of the European External Action Service (EEAS), will process your personal data, including your contact details and any photos or video taken at the event, in accordance with EU Regulation 2018/1725 on the protection of personal data. Your information will be used to organise and communicate the EU/UK Youth Dialogue 2026 and related youth engagement activities, and is shared only with the organising partners. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting delegation-uk@eeas.europa.eu.
