About this form

In relation to the 4th EU/UK Youth Dialogue Forum on 5th and 6th November 2026 in Manchester, organised by the EU Delegation to the United Kingdom, part of the European External Action Service (EEAS), with the Service for Foreign Policy Instruments (FPI) of the European Commission, your personal data, including your name, contact details and administrative information, are collected to facilitate your participation and to make the organisational arrangements.

The processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest, under Article 5(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725, as mandated by the EU Treaties. It does not require your consent. The consent items below cover additional, optional processing only.

During the event you may be photographed or filmed. In addition to the necessary processing, by ticking the relevant boxes on the registration form you may give consent to one or more of the optional data processing activities below. All consent items are optional, and declining will not affect your ability to attend the event.

Optional consent items

   Audio-visual use/Optional

   Photos and video recording

   I consent to the processing of my personal data relating to the audio-visual materials of the event, including recordings, videos and photographs, which may be published on the websites and social media accounts of the EEAS and FPI.

2. 02

   Participant directory/Optional

   List of participants

   I consent to the event attendee list containing my name and affiliation being shared among participants, in order to create working groups to continue the collaborative work launched during the event. There may be participants from third countries and international organisations not providing the level of protection of personal data that exists in the EU, and they may share my data with their employers or other organisations, including national security agencies.

   Catering and access/Optional

   Dietary requirements and accessibility needs

   I consent to the processing of my personal data relating to my dietary requirements and access requirements, for the sole purpose of accommodating them during the event. This data is deleted no later than one month after the event.

   Future events/Optional

   Invitations to future events

   I consent to the processing of my personal data for inviting me to future events and activities the data controller may organise.

   Permanent contact list/Optional

   EEAS and FPI contact list

   I consent to the processing of my personal data for managing a permanent contact list created and shared internally among EEAS services and FPI, for the purpose of promoting EU activities and events and disseminating information, including future youth engagement opportunities such as Erasmus+. How consent is collected

Your consent for the optional processing activities above is collected through the online registration form. By ticking the relevant boxes and submitting the form, you provide a clear affirmative act of consent under Article 5(1)(d) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725. You do not have to tick all of the boxes, or any of them.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time and object to the processing of your data. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before we receive your withdrawal. We will remove all available material and information within a reasonable time after withdrawal.
