About this form
In relation to the EU/UK Youth Dialogue 2026 on 5th and 6th November 2026 in Manchester, organised by the European External Action Service (EEAS) through the EU Delegation to the United Kingdom, your personal data, including your name, contact details and administrative information, are collected to facilitate your participation and to make the organisational arrangements.
The processing of personal data is necessary for the task carried out in the public interest for the management and functioning of the EEAS and the EU Delegation to the United Kingdom, as mandated by the EU Treaties. The EEAS and EU Delegations process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/1725.
During the event you may be photographed or filmed. In addition to the necessary processing, by ticking the relevant boxes on the registration form you may give consent to one or more of the optional data processing activities below. All consent items are optional, and declining will not affect your ability to attend the event.

By ticking the relevant boxes and submitting the form, you provide a clear affirmative act of consent under Article 5(1)(d) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725. You do not have to tick all of the boxes, or any of them.
