About this form

In relation to the EU/UK Youth Dialogue 2026 on 5th and 6th November 2026 in Manchester, organised by the European External Action Service (EEAS) through the EU Delegation to the United Kingdom, your personal data, including your name, contact details and administrative information, are collected to facilitate your participation and to make the organisational arrangements.

The processing of personal data is necessary for the task carried out in the public interest for the management and functioning of the EEAS and the EU Delegation to the United Kingdom, as mandated by the EU Treaties. The EEAS and EU Delegations process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/1725.

During the event you may be photographed or filmed. In addition to the necessary processing, by ticking the relevant boxes on the registration form you may give consent to one or more of the optional data processing activities below. All consent items are optional, and declining will not affect your ability to attend the event.

   I consent that video and photos taken of me during the event, including web streaming and recording of the event, may be used in EU communication activities, including social media platforms operated by the EEAS and the EU Delegation.

   List of participants

   I consent that my name and organisation are published in the list of participants of the event, which may be distributed to other attendees and organising parties to facilitate networking and collaboration.

   Dietary requirements and accessibility needs

   I consent that the dietary requirements and accessibility needs I share with the organisers are processed in a secure manner, for the sole purpose of accommodating them during the event.

   Future communications/Optional

   Youth engagement contact list

   I consent that my name and contact details are included in a contact list shared internally among EEAS services and the EU Delegation to the United Kingdom, for the purpose of promoting EU public diplomacy activities and events and disseminating information, including newsletters and future youth engagement opportunities such as Erasmus+.

How consent is collected

Your consent for the optional processing activities above is collected through the online registration form. By ticking the relevant boxes and submitting the form, you provide a clear affirmative act of consent under Article 5(1)(d) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725. You do not have to tick all of the boxes, or any of them.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time and object to the processing of your data. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before we receive your withdrawal. We will remove all available material and information within a reasonable time after withdrawal.
